Center of Universal Light is hosting an evening of East Indian Sitar Music with International performing artist Paul Livingstone on Monday, July 15, 2019, 7:30pm. The concert begins following Naam Yoga with Dr. Nicole, at the Old Town Center for the Arts, Studio B.
Concert tickets are $8.00 per person. Come early and enjoy Dr. Nicole Coyle’s energizing Naam Yoga at 5:30pm.
Paul Livingstone is one of the few American disciples of the legendary Pt. Ravi Shankar. He is a dedicated sitarist over 33 years, a multi-instrumentalist and composer of world music.
Joining Paul is Alma Cielo on Sarangi and Rob Wallis on Tablas drums.
Paul composes and records for film & television, as well as live theater & dance productions. Two Grammy Award-winning records feature his work. As an artist, he has performed & recorded with popular artists Alanis Morrisette, Ozomatli, Rickey Kej, and Emmanuel. Paul also collaborates with traditional & jazz crossover artists from India, Europe, Southern Asia, US & Canada.
